The goal of ISCA Rising Stars is to provide artistically talented youth of southern Beaufort County with a professional performance venue that recognizes their exceptional artistic talent. The program will be presented at 2:00pm on the Elizabeth Wallace stage at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.
