There is a $6 convenience fee for tickets purchased online.
This nominal fee helps cover the costs that allow the Arts Center to offer our patrons a convenient and secure ticket-buying process through our ticketing website 24 hours a day.
For shows where special children's prices are available for ages 5 – 15, please call the Box Office. When available, children's tickets may be purchased online.

Currently, Standing Room Only tickets are not being sold due to physical distancing guidelines.
Tickets may be purchased in-person at our Box Office.
Paid single tickets can be canceled; however, refunds are not issued. All sales are final.
Subscription package holders who cancel their tickets at least 12 hours in advance of the performance will have their account credited for the number of tickets canceled.
Subscribers who purchase additional tickets, beyond those included with the subscription package, will not refunded.
Paid single ticket modifications, such as changing event dates or seats, will incur fees based on our exchange policy.
Subscription preview package holders who wish to modify their tickets to be used for a regular run performance date will incur additional charges of $10/ticket. Preview package holders making modifications within preview dates will not incur these additional charges.
Ticket exchanges are subject to $4/ticket.
Subscription package holders will not be charged this exchange fee.
Infants and children under the age of five (5) are not admitted unless otherwise stated.
All patrons including children, regardless of age, must have a ticket, sit in a seat, and be able to sit quietly through the entire performance.
Lap seating is never permitted. Infants are not permitted in the the theater for any performances. As a courtesy to all patrons, please do not bring children under the age of five to a performance except for programs specifically presented for their age range.

Depending on the size of your group, we offer discounts off the public ticket price.
Each group booking receives 2 complimentary tickets.
Groups have the exclusive privilege of reserving tickets after they go on sale to subscribers, but before the general public.
Pre-show receptions or parties can be arranged for your special event! A perfect outing to socialize with your friends, family, church, club, etc!
Entertain your best clients or motivate your employees. Package options can include a backstage tour, pre-show reception or cocktail hour in one of our beautiful reception areas.
We offer assistance to assure that our senior groups receive accessibility accommodations. We can help you reserve accessible seating and/or audio devices.
We offer ample motorcoach parking. Your group sales manager will provide you with parking instructions and map for your driver.
If the Arts Center parking lot is full, you may park after-hours at the Chamber of Commerce on Chamber Drive or just across the street in Shelter Cove Harbour public parking.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required within 14 days after the initial booking in order to secure the reservation.
Final payment and confirmation of ticket quantity are required 14 days prior to the performance date. Ticket reservations unpaid by the specified due dates will be released for resale and result in the forfeiture of all deposits.
If a group should fall below the minimum to qualify as a group (10+ people), the contract may be canceled and may result in the forfeiture of any deposit made on the contract.
The deposit may be used towards single tickets should the number drop below 10, however the remaining balance will be based on full ticket price. The group rate will not apply.
Before payment is made in full, groups may change their number of seats as long as the number per contract stays above the group minimum (10 people). However, if there is a reduction in the number of seats, group pricing for the total number of seats will apply.
Once payment in full has been made and seats have been assigned, no refunds exchanges or reduction of ticket quantity can be made.
If payment has been made in full and the group requires additional tickets, those tickets may be made available to the group at the group rate confirmed at time of full payment. Additional tickets are subject to availability.
If seats are requested before final payment is due an addendum to the original contract will be issued.
Additional seats requested after final payment will be sold at the discretion of management. We will make every effort to reserve them near the group's original seating area.
Groups are asked to arrive at the theater 30 minutes before curtain. Groups arriving less than 10 minutes prior to the curtain will not be seated until intermission.
Groups not met by an Arts Center representative should have the group leader or escort check in at the Box Office before your group leaves the bus.
Only the group leader or tour company may call, make changes or inquire about the reservation. All third party inquiries will be asked to refer to the group leader or tour company. No exceptions.
Preview Performances are held two – three nights in advance of the official opening of the show.
Previews are a set of public performances that precede its official opening.
It is a time to allow the director and creative team to identify improvement and to make final adjustments before opening night. Because adjustments are still being made, ticket prices reflect $10 off for both adult and children's seats.
We want students to enjoy the enriching world of live theater, so we are please to offer special student rush ticket prices!
Student Rush Tickets are only $16.
Subject to availability. Tickets cannot be reserved in advance. Not valid on previously purchased tickets.
We offer a $10 discount on Theater Series tickets for Active Military and Reserve Personnel.
When calling for a reservation, please let our Box Office know you are in the military, and show your military ID when you pick up your tickets.

If the Arts Center parking area is full, you may park after-hours at the Chamber of Commerce on Chamber Drive or just across the street in Shelter Cove Harbour public parking. Cars may not be parked on the pine straw, sidewalk, or grassy areas.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to a performance to allow sufficient time for parking
